We’ll begin by gently exploring the why behind alignment.
This isn’t heavy theory—it’s a grounded look at how your body and mind are constantly communicating… and what happens when they finally understand each other.
You’ll get clarity on:
• The real role your mind plays in shaping your reality
• The difference between conscious wants + unconscious patterns
• How the body holds truth your mind often misses
• Why alignment is the missing piece to flow peace and purpose
1 Hour of Guided Movement + Energy Work
From there we drop into the body.
You’ll be guided through asanas chosen specifically to wake up energy open space and release stuck tension—physically and emotionally.
You don’t need to be “good” at yoga. You just need to show up.
This is about gentle activation—not performance.
What you’ll feel:

• A clearer mind and lighter body
• Emotional release (in the best way)

We’ll Close with a Powerful Alignment Practice
The session ends with guided practices to purify and harmonize your inner systems—body mind and energy. You’ll leave feeling clearer calmer and more you.
A Few Things to Know:
For the deepest experience please come on an empty stomach.
Here’s what we recommend:
• 4 hours after a full meal
• 2.5 hours after a snack (like fruit or biscuits)
