By ticking the relevant box and purchasing any coaching services provided by Become Your Creator Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully prior to making a purchase.

2. Services Provided
Become Your Creator Ltd. provides coaching services, spiritual readings, and courses focused on manifestation, alignment, and personal growth.
Each service is governed by the specific description provided at the time of purchase.

3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from our services. Your progress depends on many factors, including your commitment, mindset, and participation.
By accepting these terms, you agree that Become Your Creator Ltd. cannot be held liable or responsible for whether or not you achieve your personal goals as a result of engaging in our services.

4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase,

• And the service (coaching session, reading, or course) has not yet been completed or accessed,

• And the purchase does not involve a webinar, live workshop, or other live online event, which are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued once a coaching session has been attended or course materials accessed. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
By accepting these terms, you agree to abide by that policy.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide honest, accurate, and complete information during coaching sessions. Your active participation, integrity, and commitment are essential to the coaching process.
You agree to communicate respectfully and conduct yourself ethically in all interactions with Become Your Creator Ltd.

6. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property
All course content, tools, and materials provided by Become Your Creator Ltd. — including but not limited to documents, videos, audio files, and session recordings — remain the intellectual property of Become Your Creator Ltd.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any of our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
Become Your Creator Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our services.
Clients are solely responsible for their decisions and actions. No guarantees of success are made or implied.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To reschedule a coaching session or reading, clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited and are not refundable.

10. Duration and Termination
This agreement is effective once you tick the relevant box and complete your purchase.
Either party may terminate coaching services at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for delivered or accessed services, and any outstanding payments on a payment plan remain payable.

11. Acknowledgment of Coaching Limitations
You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If such support is needed, you should consult an appropriate licensed professional.

12. Modifications and Amendments
Become Your Creator Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
