We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase,

• And the service (coaching session, reading, or course) has not yet been completed or accessed (e.g., you have not attended the session or begun the course materials),

• And the purchase does not include a webinar or live online event.

Please note: Webinars, workshops, and live online events are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, due to limited seating and resource allocation.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase, along with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

5. Course Access and Usage
Upon purchase, you gain access to exclusive digital resources. Access durations are outlined in the course description. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course content without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule a coaching session or reading, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions or additional fees.

All coaching and reading sessions are private and confidential. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
