Your subscription is billed automatically every month on the date you sign up.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with each successful payment.

You have a 7-day period after purchasing your subscription to request a refund for the subscription fee- as long as the session has not been completed.

Please note that all payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

Once you have used or scheduled a session, we are unable to issue a refund for that service.

This policy helps us honour the time, energy, and preparation devoted to each client. Please consider your commitment carefully before purchasing.

You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle.

After cancellation, your current month’s session remains available until the end of the billing period.

To cancel, use your account dashboard or email us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next renewal to avoid being charged again.

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless paused or cancelled.

By enrolling, you agree to recurring billing and the terms outlined in this policy.

We reserve the right to refuse future service if we observe a recurring pattern of subscribing and cancelling without the intent to continue.

This policy is essential for maintaining a supportive environment and respecting the time and energy we dedicate to each client.

To fully realize the value and benefits of regular sessions, we strongly encourage a commitment of at least three consecutive months.
